Be nourished by Sage Mountain Center on the continental divide in Montana!
At this weekend retreat we will talk about the sustainable wild-harvest and conscious cultivation of botanicals for food, medicine, and art. We will explore the wild and cultivated areas of magical, Sage Mountain Center, and focus on strengthening each personal relationship with the earth and their own healing processes. This retreat will consist of educational talks, individual meditations, group sharing, and artistic expression.
Students will stay at Sage Mountain Center in their beautiful guest rooms. We will start each day with a plant walk and meditation, and move through the day with intermittent talks and activity. Because this is a retreat, there will be quiet time for students to introspect, journal, and create. At the end of the weekend we will share visions, and creations that have stemmed from our interactions with the landscape.
